This isn’t your typical non-profit. This is family!
The Amara Touré Foundation honors the memory of Dr. Amara Touré who spent his life serving others and in particular, the people of his country, Chad, Africa. Dr. Touré was unwavering in his generosity and tried to help as many in need that he possibly could by buying groceries and supplying food and caring for the sick. His son, beloved friend and teacher, Abdoulaye Touré, has been carrying on in his dad’s footsteps for years and trying to give back to his people in Chad.
After his dad passed away in May 2024, Abdoulaye became even more determined to help provide relief for those living in poverty in his native country by continuing to provide food and common OTC medicines.
At the urging of his friends, Abdoulaye launched this foundation to help maximize his humanitarian efforts in honor of his father. In addition to continuing to provide food and medicine for others, the foundation hopes to launch two sustainable projects: a free healthcare clinic and a water purification system.
Please consider contributing to this extraordinary endeavor to provide sustained support where the need is monumental. Thank you!
